Fragility curves measure the probability of exceeding a certain level of structural damage due to various forces applied to a building. While vital to resilient construction, they are often too challenging to create for specific sites and structures. In response, CSHub researchers have employed the Monte Carlo simulation, a suite of algorithms named after the famed casino.
