Hazard-induced maintenance costs can be significant over the lifetime of a building. We're developing new methods to calculate the benefits of investing in more hazard-resistant structures. CSHub Executive Director Jeremy Gregory joined Build With Strength to speak with officials and members of the building community in Atlanta, Georgia, and Tallahassee, Florida, this month about hazard mitigation, building resilience, and our Break-Even Mitigation Percentage (BEMP).
