3 Questions: Hessam AzariJafari on mitigating climate change with reflective pavements

CSHub has found that the implementation of reflective pavements nationwide could reduce the occurrence of heatwaves in U.S. urban areas by around 40% as well as offset enough CO2 to remove the equivalent of around 4 million cars from the road each year. In this brief interview for MIT News, CSHub postdoc Hessam AzariJafari explains how reflective pavements can generate such substantial climate change mitigation benefits.
